We are in South Kona on Big Island, in Hawai'i.
One of the first roasters ever in Kona in the early 1970s -- a decade in advance of the then-brewing Third Wave of coffee roasting in the U.S. which began in the 1980s, and bgan a focus toward the craft and flavor maximizing of roasted coffee.
 
A permaculture farm, we value how muh flavor is affected from the growing and farming alone. We have many plants intercropped with each other - an entire symbiotic ecosystem in paradise!
