Come learn about Kona Coffee, Its flavors, How we farm, process & roast Fresh! Use google maps to navigate to the farm and tasting. The last stretch can be a challenge but don’t give up! We will begin by going over our flavor profiles, talk about coffee roasting, and why the Kona region is so unique for growing complex and richly flavorful coffee. We well then discuss every step of coffee processing from planted seed to hot brewed cup. We roast weekly and freshly roasted coffee is always available for purchase on site. The Rooster Farms - Farm Experience is by appointment, and free to book :)
